Is Villafranca Suites part of Hotel Villafranca?
No. Villafranca Suites is an independent boutique guesthouse (affittacamere) with six modern private suites and self check-in. Hotel Villafranca is a separate business. We do not share facilities or breakfast services. Breakfast is not included in your stay at Villafranca Suites; there are cafés nearby.

Is luggage storage free?
Luggage storage is complimentary for guests who book directly on our website. Bookings through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms have a fixed €10 administration fee per storage request. Access is confirmed after checking availability and any required payment.
How many suites are there?
Six: boutique Suites 101, 102, 104, 105 and 106, plus the larger Family Suite 103. Standard suites accommodate two guests; Suite 103 accommodates up to four. Infant arrangements should be requested before booking.
What makes Family Suite 103 different?
A double bed, a 140 cm sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table and two Smart Samsung TVs. It is ideal for two adults and two children; four adults are also possible.
What is included in each suite?
A private bathroom with shower and bidet fixture, Byredo products, premium towels and linen, a comfortable bed, workspace, Samsung Smart TV, Nespresso coffee, mini fridge, safe, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer and Wi-Fi. Every room has natural light and new windows designed to reduce noise.
Is there a kitchenette?
Only Family Suite 103 has a kitchenette. All suites have a mini fridge and Nespresso coffee. Breakfast is not included; cafés, restaurants, pizzerias and a supermarket are nearby.
How fast is Wi-Fi?
Typical Wi-Fi speeds are 100-300 Mbit. A workspace is available in every suite.
Is cleaning included?
Towels and linen are changed every three nights. Extra daily cleaning is available on request.
When can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on the room schedule; direct guests receive priority consideration. Early check-in from 12:00 costs €35 if your suite is ready. Late check-out until 12:00 costs €35 if the room schedule allows it. Both require confirmation before payment.
Can I arrive late?
Yes. Smart self check-in is available once online check-in and your access instructions are complete. You usually do not need to meet someone, but on-site assistance can be arranged when needed.
Where are you located?
Via Villafranca 9, 00185 Rome, Italy. First floor with two elevators and wide stairs. Approximate walks: Castro Pretorio Metro 2 minutes, Termini Station 5 minutes, Trevi Fountain 25 minutes, Colosseum 30 minutes and Vatican City 53 minutes.
Is parking available?
Public street parking and private parking options are nearby. Availability and any parking charges are separate from the stay.
Are children, pets or smoking allowed?
Children are welcome. Pets, smoking indoors and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 22:00-08:00. Guest terms include possible penalties of €200-€500 per violation for smoking, disturbances or parties.

How will payment and city tax work?
Accommodation, discounts and Tassa di soggiorno appear on separate lines with one total. For our category 2 affittacamere, the city tax is €6 per person per night, for up to 10 consecutive nights. Children under 10 are exempt.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation at least 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days of arrival, the full stay is payable.
