Your accommodation
Villafranca Suites is an independent category 2 affittacamere at Via Villafranca 9, 00185 Roma. It is separate from Hotel Villafranca and does not share its breakfast service or facilities. The operator is Porobic Estate S.R.L.
Price and confirmation
Availability and stay prices come from Lodgify and depend on dates, suite and guests. Bookings for one room with adults only can be completed in Lodgify’s active external checkout and create a real reservation. Before payment, the checkout must show the full price, applicable taxes, any optional charges and cancellation deadline. A booking is confirmed only when you receive its confirmation. Bookings for multiple rooms together and bookings with a child staying free cannot yet be completed on this website while their checkout integration is pending.
Payment and cancellation
The standard direct-booking policy is full payment at booking. Cancellation is free at least 7 days before arrival, with a full refund of the accommodation payment. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full accommodation amount. The exact deadline is stated in the confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Bookings made through another platform follow the conditions shown there.
City tax
Roma Capitale city tax is €6 per person per night for category 2 affittacamere, up to 10 consecutive nights at the same property. Children under 10 are exempt. Other statutory exemptions may apply with the required documentation. The tax is shown separately from the stay price.
Stays with children
One child aged 0–3 may stay free in a Deluxe Suite with two adults, until the child’s fourth birthday. The child may share the parents’ bed, or a baby cot may be requested. A cot is subject to availability and is reserved only after separate confirmation. The child’s identity details must also be included in guest registration. The Family Suite accommodates a maximum of four people in total, including children.
Arrival and optional services
Check-in starts at 15:00; check-out is by 10:00. Complete guest registration before receiving your suite access code. Early arrival and late departure depend on availability and confirmation. Luggage storage is complimentary for guests who book directly on our website. Bookings through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms have a fixed €10 administration fee per storage request. Access is confirmed after checking availability and any required payment. Breakfast is not included. Early check-in from 12:00 costs €35 if your suite is ready. Late check-out until 12:00 costs €35 if the room schedule allows it. Both require confirmation before payment.
Consumer rights and contact
The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates, under Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code. This does not remove your contractual cancellation rights. Italian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
