We love Rome, but we also know that where you stay can shape the entire trip. A beautiful day in the city feels very different when you return to a room that is calm, comfortable and thoughtfully designed.

That is why we built VillaFranca Suites around the details we value when we travel ourselves: a proper bed, a private bathroom, beautiful amenities, fast Wi-Fi, smooth self check-in, luggage flexibility and a central location that does not feel overwhelming.

A note from us

We know that most guests come to Rome for the city, not for the room.

You come for the first walk after arrival.
For the coffee.
For the architecture.
For the pasta that becomes a memory.
For the feeling of turning a corner and suddenly seeing something you have only seen in pictures.

But after a long day in Rome, the room becomes part of the trip too.

That is why we cared so much about the details at VillaFranca Suites.

The bed had to be genuinely comfortable and we tried to find a store in Italy but couldn’t as the standard here feels like sleeping on rocks so we imported handmade quality beds from Sweden.

The bathrooms had to feel premium. The check-in had to be smooth. The location had to make sense. The rooms had to feel calm, not busy. And the whole experience had to feel more personal than a standard hotel stay.

We built VillaFranca Suites for guests who want to enjoy Rome fully, but also return to a place that feels considered, private and easy.

Central when you need the city. Calm when you need to rest.
