No. The stay is paid online before arrival. City tax may apply separately according to local rules but we would like you to pay this on the day of arrival.

What is the difference between the standard suites and Family Suite 105?

Suite 101 to 104 are private boutique suites for up to 2 adults and an infant. Family Suite 105 is larger and includes a double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table and two Smart Samsung TVs.

How many guests can stay in Suite 101 to 104?

Each standard suite is suitable for 2 adults and one infant aged 0 to 2 years.

How many guests can stay in Family Suite 105?

Family Suite 105 is suitable for 2 adults, 2 children and one infant.

Can four adults stay in the Family Suite?

Family Suite 105 is primarily designed for 2 adults and 2 children, not four adults, however it is absolutely possible for 4 adults to stay in the Family Suite as well.

Do all rooms have private bathrooms?

Yes. Every room has a private bathroom with a shower and bidet fixture.

Do all rooms have natural light?

Yes. All rooms have natural light. Some rooms face the inner courtyard and some face the street.

Are the rooms quiet?

The rooms have new windows designed to reduce noise. VillaFranca Suites is central, but the property is not located on one of Rome’s heaviest traffic roads.

Do the rooms have a desk or workspace?

Yes. Every room includes a desk or workspace.

Do the rooms have a kitchenette?

Only Family Suite 103 has a kitchenette. Our other suites do not have kitchenettes.

Do I need to meet someone at the property?

Usually no. The property is remote check-in first, but on-site assistance can be arranged when needed.

Yes. VillaFranca Suites is designed for couples who want central Rome, calm interiors, premium beds and a boutique feel without unnecessary hotel friction.

Is the location good for families?

Yes, especially if booking Family Suite 103. The standard suites are mainly designed for couples, solo travellers and business guests.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes. Luggage storage is available before and after your stay.

Is luggage storage free?

Luggage storage is free for guests who book directly through the VillaFranca Suites official website.

What if I booked through Booking, Airbnb or another platform?

Luggage storage is available for €10 per 24 hours for non-direct bookings.

Where is luggage stored?

Luggage can be stored in the hallway locker. The current guest guide describes the locker system and QR code payment/unlock flow.

Breakfast, cafés and restaurants

Is breakfast included?

No. Breakfast is not currently included.

Are there cafés nearby?

Yes. There are plenty of options being centrally located. Please check our guest guide for updated local recommendations.

Are there restaurants nearby?

Yes. As we are centrally located you will find a plateau of restaurants to dine and wine from as well as amazing pizzeria and a local supermarket.

House rules

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are unfortunatly not allowed inside the rooms as we try to be sensitive to allergies.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or building.

Are parties allowed?

No. Parties are not allowed either.

Are there quiet hours?

Yes. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 (10pm - 8am).

Are there penalty fees for breaking the rules?

Yes. A penalty fee may apply for parties, excessive noise, smoking violations or disturbances. Penalty fee ranges of €200 to €500 per violation.

Are children allowed?

Yes. Children are allowed. All our premium suits can host 2 adults and an infant. Family Suite 103 is suitable for 2 adults, 2 children and an infant.

Support and contact

Is support available during the stay?

Yes. VillaFranca Suites provides WhatsApp support.

What are the support hours?

Normal support is available from 08:00 to 21:00. Between 21:00 and 08:00, support is limited to urgent matters and emergencies.

What should I do in a serious emergency?

For serious emergencies in Italy, dial 112 for police, ambulance or fire brigade. The current guest guide also lists 112 as the emergency number.
